BUILDING LOCATION: Our building is in downtown - south loop area. It's walking to downtown restaurants, stores, supermarket. Train/bus stations are within 2 blocks. The building is a couple minutes off I-90, 94, 290. It is close the following attractions:
SEARS TOWER is 4 blocks north, 0.4 mile from our condo.
MILLINIUM PARK is 1.1 mile north of our condo.
McCORMIC PLACE is 1.7 mile south east of our condo.
GRANT PARK is 8 blocks east, 0.6 mile from our condo.
MICHIGAN AVENUE is 8 blocks east, 0.6 mile from our condo.
MAGANIFICENT MILE is 1.3 mile north east of our condo.
NORTH AVENUE BEACH is 2.3 mile north east of our condo.

- Rental Rates (tax included) are as follows:
$ 165 / day ----- Monday ~ Thursday
$ 195 /day ----- Friday, Saturday, Sunday

November 1 ~ March 15 Winter Rates (Tax is included in rental rates) are as follows:
$ 125 / day ---- Monday ~ Thursday
$ 145 / day ---- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
$ 850 / week
$ 3,000 / month
$25/night addition for the 5th guest.
- Parking: Permit for street parking is available for $2/night per car.
- Deposits: $300. Security deposit is fully refundable, within fourteen (14) days following the end of your rental period, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, and all financial obligations met.
- Cleaning fee: one-time $75. Please keep the vacation rental property clean to avoid extra charge for cleaning.
We accept all major credit cards, money order, personal checks and PayPal.

- Please be aware of our Check-In Policy
Required Stay ------ 2 nights minimum
Check In Time ------ 3 p.m.
Check Out Time ----11 a.m.
- Please be aware of our Cancelation Policy:
(1) No refund, and no credit given for no shows, or cancellations made within 48 hours before the check in time. (2) In the event you should decide to cancel the reservation, a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from the total of the booking if you cancel within 48 hours after booking. (3) If the cancellation is made longer than 48 hours after booking there will be no refund. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining balance can be used for up to one year after the date of the booking.
- Please be aware of our Cleaning Fee policy:
(1) There is a one-time cleaning fee appliable to your rental. (2) This is a vacation home not a hotel. There will NOT be cleaning service provided during your staying. However, cleaning service may be arranged by contacting us. (3) Please leave the studio bedroom generally clean to avoid extra charge for cleaning. If your rental home is left excessively dirty or littered in our sole judgment, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour.
- Please be aware of our Security Deposit Refund policy:
All rentals, regardless of length of stay, require a security deposit of $300. This
deposit is fully refundable, within fourteen (14) days following the end of your rental period, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory intact, and all financial obligations met.
