Street Parking Permits are available at $2 per 24 hours and you need to request for them during reservation. We usually have no problem finding a parking spot within a couple blocks of the building. But if you are in a rush to drive in-and-out or do not want to deal with looking for a parking spot, please choose any parking lots options mentioned below.
To use the Parking Permits, you write down the starting parking time, and stick it to your car window.
PLEASE NOTE: (1) Be sure to follow street signs strictly. You will be parking in downtown where police comes ticketing at least a couple times a day. (2) We can not garantee available parking spot, and people have different skills finding a spot. (3) We are only providing you with valid parking permits. We are NOT responsible for parking tickets, any issues related to usage of the permits, nor any parking lot fees that you ended up spending.
Parking Lot A is across street from the building. It is a self-parking lot. You pay through a metre machine to get a ticket to display on your car dashboard. You have unlimited in and out entrance allowance. The parking fees are:
>> $10 per day ( 12:01am – 11:59pm), or $2 per halfday ( 2:01pm – 11:59pm) Mon - Fri
>> $2 per day ( 12:01am – 11:59pm) Sat – Sun
>> PLEASE NOTE: If you park overnight, the cost is always $20, not $12 for weekdays or $4 for weekends.
Parking Lot B is adjacent to the building. There is a parking gate. You pay through a machine each time you exit the parking lot. The parking fee is calculated by hour and it is $20 for 24 hours.
Parking Lot C is south of Parking Lot B and is a couple dollars cheaper. You pay to a parking lot attendant.
Parking Lot D is south of Parking Log C. It is a self-parking lot. You put cash in a box for the parking spot you need, and is cheaper (approximately $10 per day) than Parking Lot C.
